Try this super easy and quick recipe, made with milk bread slices, avocado, tomato and eggs.<\/p>\n<h3>All you need is:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Al Rawabi Sliced Milk Bread<\/li>\n<li>1 Avocado<\/li>\n<li>1-2 cups water<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>6 cherry tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp white vinegar<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Ground black pepper chives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>All you have to do is:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Toast the Sliced bread milk in a toaster until golden.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a medium bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Season with salt and cracked pepper. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Bring water to the boil in a small pot. Reduce heat to a gentle simmer, add the vinegar.<\/li>\n<li>Crack 1 egg into a small cup. Using a spoon, swirl the water in the pot to form a whirlpool. Gently drop the egg into the center of the swirling water. Allow it to cook for 3-4 minutes without allowing the water to come to a boil.<\/li>\n<li>As the eggs are poaching, divide and spread the mashed avocado between the 2 slices of toast.<\/li>\n<li>Using a slotted spoon gently lift the egg from the water and place on a sheet of kitchen paper. Repeat with remaining egg.<\/li>\n<li>Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange on top of the mashed avocado.
