Whisk together eggs, AL Rawabi Mozzarella cheese, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Arrange potato tots in a single layer (some will overlap) in a lightly greased (with cooking spray) 33 x 22-cm baking dish. Pour egg mixture evenly over potato tots. Sprinkle top evenly with Cheddar cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in preheated oven until set and cheese is golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
